Ingredients:

300g lean beef (10% fat)

1 large sweet potato, diced

1/2 red bell pepper, chopped

1/2 onion, chopped

1 tbsp olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt, pepper, paprika, chili flakes (to taste)

Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
     
  2. Add garlic, onion, and sweet potato. 
     
  3. Fry for 8–10 minutes until potatoes start to soften.
     
  4. Add  beef and fry. 
    (chop the meat into small pieces or fry the whole piece of meat to get medium rare)
     
  5. Stir in bell pepper and spices. Fry 5 more minutes.
     
  6. Top with parsley and serve hot
     
  7. Add serving suggestions
