Ingredients:

250g chicken breast, sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

1/2 zucchini, chopped

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Garlic & chili flakes to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prep all ingredients: Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces and slice chicken.
     
  2. Heat the pan: In a wok or skillet, heat sesame oil on medium-high heat.
     
  3. Cook chicken: Add chicken and stir-fry for 5–7 minutes, until browned and fully cooked.
     
  4. Add veggies: Toss in broccoli, bell pepper, and zucchini. Stir-fry for another 5–7 minutes.
     
  5. Season: Add soy sauce and a pinch of chili flakes and garlic. Stir well and cook 2 more minutes.
     
  6. Serve immediately while vegetables are still crisp.
